CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Cancellation and full refund (100%) are allowed as far as the request is made up to 24 hours in advance via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Canceling on the booked date means “no show” and no refund is allowed (100% penalty).
- If the plans change on the booked date and you don’t redeem the ticket, then you can ONLY reschedule for a later date and time without any extra charge.
- Refund is not allowed if the booking has been rescheduled. In this case, you can cancel it (no show) or reschedule it again.
- You can reschedule your booking as many times as you need by sending an email to: email@example.com
