Schedule: Every 30 minutes from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM

If you are +12 years old, you can jump helped by our certified instructors and pampered by our friendly English speaking staff. We use only premium safety equipment in order to give the most enjoyable experience for you. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Cancellation and full refund (100%) are allowed as far as the request is made up to 24 hours in advance via email to: hello@bungeeincancun.com
• Cancellation on the booked date means “no show” and no refund is allowed (100% penalty).
• If the plans change on the booked date and you don’t redeem the ticket, then you can ONLY reschedule for a later date and time without any extra charge.
• Refund is not allowed if the booking has been rescheduled. In this case you can cancel it (no show) or reschedule it again.
• You can reschedule your booking as many times as you need by sending an email to: hello@bungeeincancun.com
