Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking as many times you want during the current year. The rescheduling option is always free of charge.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking and get a full refund before 30 days have passed since your purchase. For this, simply mail us to hello@bungeeincancun.com asking for the cancellation and refund.

In order to issue the refund, please provide the name under the booking is, booked date and confirmation ID.

Exception: If your booking has been rescheduled once, the refund is not allowed. However, you are allowed to reschedule your booking as many times you want during the current year. Also, if the booking has expired, the refund is not allowed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
